 Obigbo Massacre: Decomposing Bodies Of the Dead litters street of Obigbo

The Nigerian joint security forces have in their usual manner, unleashed yet another round of mayhem on the innocent Obigbo residents in Rivers State, with the full support of Governor Nyesom Wike. According to a report obtained by Family Writers Press International on the ongoing genocide, more than two hundred (200) persons have so far been killed.

Recall that Governor Nyesom Wike ill-advisedly declared war on the residents of Obigbo after tagging Nigerian youths who staged a nationwide #EndSars protest like their peers elsewhere, members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). He blatantly stated that the protest was hijacked by IPOB in the state. It was Wike's unguided utterances against civilized democratic norm, that has so terribly rendered many innocent Obigbo residents homeless, many children turned orphans and wives, widows.

Further investigation revealed that countless number of people being abducted were taken to 144 battalion at Asa High School, Aba and Ohafia barrack, Abia State. FWPI correspondent further gathered from an insider that many persons including travelers were being arrested along Aba/Port Harcourt road and illegally detained by the Wike sponsored Nigerian soldiers. Military source noted: "Those with bullet wounds are there too. Bodies of those tortured and killed were thrown into the 'down-below' closely behind the army barrack".

"Some bodies dumped in nearby bushes around Imo gate are already decomposing, constituting health hazard to the inhabitants of the area".
