The Nigerian government has concluded plans to institute a total lockdown against the South-East/South-South with the grand intention to massively depopulate the indigenous ethnic inhabitants of the land. Series of secret meetings have been held and highly classified information are being exchanged between the presidency and the Chief of Army Staff.

The Minister of Information and Communication, Alhaji Lai Muhammed has been duly briefed about this grand conspiracy by the Nigerian state with the instruction to ensure that all necessary machinery is adequately mobilized to effectively manage the resultant effects of the planned genocide.
