IPOB's Interest Rests On Referendum

Where purpose is blurred, abuse is certainly inevitable. The leadership of the Indigenious People Of Biafra (IPOB), has reiterated that her quest for the restoration of Biafra is via peaceful agitations. In a press statement released by the Media and Publicity Secretary, Comrade Emma Powerful on Friday 5th November 2021, it was clearly stated that the "Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and its leadership are only interested in a referendum and peaceful agitation for self-determination, and cannot under any guise, be seen to be interfering with any electoral process in Nigeria.

IPOB remains the most peaceful mass movement ever known in the 21st century. It has registered its presence in almost a hundred countries across the world. Members are industrious, creative and supportive to their host countries and ultimately, are focus on the goal which is the restoration of the nation of Biafra.

Terrorism and acts of terror are therefore not the option in the quest for freedom.

The proscription of the group by the Buhari led Fulani Government of Nigeria, is entirely laughable. Buhari and his Fulani cabals remain the chief sponsors of terrorism in Africa and the world knows it. He has continuously been releasing and reintegrating captured notorious hardcore terrorists back into the society. He distributes military uniforms and guns purchased from developed countries with taxpayer’s money to them, at will, thereby heightening the already insecurity tension in Nigeria.

IPOB is whiter than white and whiter than snow. This body remains peaceful and unarmed.
