Understanding The Critical Moment That We Are Presently In
We trusted our politicians for so long but now we trust them no more. We ran to the Imams and Pastors until we discovered that we cannot trust them either. At the moment, we are taking our destinies into our hands. One man, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), clearly stands out amongst many. We chose him to lead us into achieving our aim. He stood in the gap for us and earned our trust.
Through him, we understood that we not taken over our land but yet freedom fighters. Therefore, the need to maintain discipline and obey instructions cannot be compromised. The signature of this very movement being led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, is the "command and contro" structure which every member of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), and the Directorate of State (DOS), is being guided with. Faulting the instructions of the Directrate Of State, is fighting the principles guiding the movement. A lot of people now claim to understand the IPOB leader better than those he selectively entrusted the care of this exceptional movement to.
It should be remembered that everyone is bound by the principles of "command and control" and there are penalties for defaulters or acts of insubordination. It is only Mazi Nnamdi Kanu that will tell if the Head of the Directorate of State (HDOS), is obeying his orders or commands and not the other way round which seems to be playing out in some quarters lately. It is Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, that is still steering the movement although that may not necessarily be from the dungeon of the Department of State Services (DSS) where is presently being detained. He is inarguably smart and very calculative. He has trained us well and left indelible prints which we all acknowledge.
The hour we are in now, calls for unity which stems from the principles of "command and control" and not backstabbing. We should be calm, diligent and yet, focused on the ultimate goal which is the total restoration of Biafra. Fully understanding the moment we presently are, will help us move forward and faster towards achieving our target. We all have to make a choice to be part of this body (IPOB), under the leadership and structure of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and fully comply with the guiding principles or not.
The Head Of Directorate of State, Mazi Chika Edoziem and every member of the DOS, undoubtedly, must have earned the trust of Mazi Nnamdi kanu. It is therefore totally not in our position to say or do otherwise. We must understand that these are difficult times for all of us including the HOD, Mazi Chika Edoziem, himself. He who wears the shoe knows where it pinches him the most. Let everyone at all levels, work to earn and maintain the trust of those under him/her. Trust broken, is certainly very difficult to repair.
