The motion for stay of execution filed was at the court of appeal, and not supreme Court as reported earlier
IPOB legal counsel are now heading to court of appeal this
morning to hear the motion on the stay of execution been filed by Federal government
at appeal court which discharged Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on the remaining 7 counts
charges.
Therefore, there's no matter at the supreme Court, rather it
is appeal court.
