Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Has No Case To Answer Anymore, Hence Needs No Surety ~ IPOB Tells Soludo

According to the Press released by Comrade Emma Powerful, the media and Publicity Secretary for the Indigenious People Of Biafra(IPOB) replied Dr. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, the governor of Anambra State who begged Gen. Muhammadu Buhari led Nigerian presidency to release Nnamdi Kanu to him(Soludo) on surety.

In the press release, IPOB made it crystal clear that her leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has no case to answer anymore, in view that all the count charges against him were quashed by the Nigerian own Appellate Court of competent jurisdiction. The press release further reminded Soludo that the IPOB leader's arrest, extradition process and detention are declared illegal and unlawful by same Nigerian court on the 13th of October 2022, says this reminder should also apply to other co-politicians with Soludo, adviced that they rather compel Buhari's government to obey her own court declarations.

In Powerful's own words, "We have gone beyond issue of Surety or no surety". "Every genuine call/demand in the prevailing circumstance should be  firmly directed at calling out on the Federal Government of Nigeria to immediately obey the order for the unconditional release of Onyendu made by its own court".

"Further to the above, is the fact that Mazi Nnamdi KANU have no case to answer again. Therefore, the need for surety does not arise. Instead, Governor Soludo should gear all his efforts towards persuading and compelling on the lawless Fulani rulers of Nigeria to obey their own Law."

"It is to be pointed out further, that this kind of plea is the reason why Janjawead rulers of Nigeria have no regard for the rule of Law. Why should we be pleading with them to obey their own court orders, directing for the unconditional release of Onyendu? It’s compelling and mandatory on their part to obey their own court orders", he continued.
