Biafra Movement: Opportunists Using IPOB Momentum for Relevance

Family Writers Press International has long been aware of, and closely monitoring, the rising wave of blackmail and false propaganda being peddled online by unscrupulous sycophants. These individuals are merely being recruited as instruments of destabilization against the noble movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB), in an attempt to undermine the over a decade-long efforts and resolve of IPOB as a determined movement fighting unrelentingly for self-determination.

These individuals are not driven by conviction or commitment to the struggle. Rather, they seek relevance, attention, and personal gain by exploiting the visibility and momentum of IPOB. By positioning themselves as insiders or alternative voices, they attempt to mislead the public, create confusion, and elevate their own profiles at the expense of the movement.

It is necessary that Biafrans remain well informed, as the history of Emmanuel Ifeajuna appears poised to repeat itself in the 21st century against the struggle for the restoration of Biafra.

The current movement for the restoration of Biafra, championed by IPOB, has come this far because of its genuine intention to restore a nation of our own, a nation we can proudly call ours, free from crime and terror.

It is also important that Biafrans understand that because of the unbroken resolve of IPOB, many of our beloved comrades have lost their lives. They did not die because they could not betray the struggle and join the ranks of recruited sycophants seeking financial gain. Rather, they died because of their strong belief in freedom and the sovereignty of the Biafran people.

They died defending their oath of allegiance. They died because they refused to be compromised.

It is equally important for Biafrans to recall the previous broadcasts of the IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, when he emphasized the need for those entrusted with the Biafra freedom journey to be self-independent, financially stable, and content. He also explained why a hungry man cannot effectively fight for freedom.

Therefore, Biafrans are hereby cautioned on why Mazi Nnamdi Kanu prepared the people ahead of time for moments like these. The noise, distractions, and false propaganda from paid agents and political sycophants should be ignored. They thrive when people become distracted from real news and important information.

Our people must remain vigilant about their tactics and be careful not to believe their lies and falsehoods.

As times change, IPOB will continue to remain resolute and legitimate in the quest to restore the Biafran nation. Since many Biafrans and beloved comrades have already paid the ultimate price for this cause, it remains our duty to continue the struggle until Biafra is restored. Only then can their sacrifices be truly honored.
