Nyesom Wike Will End Up Like Ken Saro-Wiwa -- Nnamdi Kanu

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) globally, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has pointedly stated that Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State will most assuredly end up just like Ken Saro-Wiwa who was used by the Nigerian government against his people and later on, got killed by the same government whose interest he committedly served.

It should be recalled that Wike in his statewide broadcast, unmistakably declared total war against the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in the state, employing the sponsorship of the Nigerian Joint Security Forces to prosecute his dirty jobs. The innocent citizens of the entire Obigbo community were subjected to hallowing/inhuman treatments on successive basis based on his tyrannical order. People were killed, maimed/seriously wounded, arrested, detained, houses/homes/shops were set ablaze, women were raped at gunpoints, etcetera. "Only if the Nigerian Youths Knew A Bit Of History", the IPOB leader stated.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu  on his Facebook page, clearly noted that no matter the magnitude of loyalty or submission Governor Nyesom Wike might give to the Fulani caliphate, he will still be used, dumped and eventually wasted just in like manner, with what happened to Ken Saro-Wiwa. Fifty (50) years ago, Ken Saro-Wiwa was used by the Sokoto caliphate to fight against Biafrans through treacherous activities and that bright star and blessing of Ogoni extraction, was crudely executed.

"A little over fifty (50) years ago, a young pretender to the throne that Wike is aspiring to occupy today, by the name, Ken Saro-Wiwa, later named Wiwa, just as Nwike now answers Wike instead of Nwike by removing the first letter 'N' in his Igbo surname, made the costly mistake of betraying his own, the people of Biafra.

Today, his (Ken Saro-Wiwa's) village has not only been destroyed by pollution, courtesy of successive regimes of the same cattle herding, intellectually backward and roundly primitive Fulani tribe, they also KILLED him. And I ask, is Ogoni free today as a result of Saro-Wiwa's betrayal? We all know the answer to that. Wike, this is the same prize you will pay for your betrayal of Biafra but yours will be worse because the name Wike will no longer exist".

"To add a lorry load of insult to injury, they have now converted Saro-Wiwa's village to a land of prisoners and the dead. An important lesson to the people of Ogoni and those who may be contemplating supporting Wike. You all must know that betrayal of your own people never pays! In the end, your Fulani masters will kill you and the same people you claim you are trying to shield from Biafra, will be enslaved for life".

"Exact scenario in Ogoniland played out a while back in Oduduwaland. A Yoruba prince and warrior named Afonja, the then Aare-Ona-Kankafo of Yorubaland from Ilorin, a core Yoruba territory, betrayed his nation by serving the cause of the janjaweed Fulani caliphate as Bola Ahmed Tinubu is doing today. Like Ken Saro-Wiwa, he (Afonja) too, paid with his life because the Fulani janjaweed he so diligently served, killed him and took over his land. They did not just build prisons and burial grounds in Ilorin, they took over the whole town and in place of the usual Yoruba Oba, they installed their Fulani Emir. To this very day, Fulani has been ruling Ilorin, a Yoruba town. Ilorin now reports to Sokoto and not Ife. Betrayal of your people never pays!".

"Sometimes, I wish Nigerian youths and some of their confused, egomaniacal and murderous rulers like Nyesom Wike can pause and have regard for history", Mazi Nnamdi Kanu objectively concluded.
