BREAKING: Nnamdi Kanu Sends Biafrans A Video Message From Court Room
In a video seen today, 28 June 2022, the long detained leader of Indigenous People Of Biafra(IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was heard sending a strong message, which he categorically said it is for the Biafra people.
In his usual courageous manner, a man was heard asking him if he is disappointed at the outcome of the day's court case. Replying to the question, the IPOB leader said 'no', noting that he has no reason to be disappointed, because it is expected.
Continuing, Kanu said his movement, IPOB is fighting to defend the Biafra people, not to kill them. He said it is the exactly why he is currently suffering. Kanu asked the Biafra people to be calm, said there should be calmness and peace in Biafraland. He strongly added that "IPOB will continue to fight until Biafra is freed."
In his exact words, responding to the question of "if he is disappointed", he said, " no no not all! Why should I be? It is what we expect."
Going forward, he said, "But I want our people to be calm. I want Biafraland to be very calm and peaceful, calm and very very peaceful."
"We are fighting to defend our people, not to kill them." He said, " We fighting to defend them, that's why I am here. And we will continue to do so, until we get free."
