 2023 May not be free and fair: Charly Boy raises alarm, say INEC planning to rig the presidential election

A renowned musician and actor, Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa popularly known as Charly Boy, has raised alarm over an alleged plan of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to rig the 2023 presidential election. Using his verified tweeted account, Charly Boy alerted Nigerian youths of the plan and called for total resistance with their last blood.
