THE NEW PHASE: IPOB Leadership's Strategic Meeting With Hardcore Biafraland Comrades

Two days ago, the Directorate Of State of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB–DOS), headed by Mazi Chika Edozium, held a strategic leadership meeting that marked another significant phase in the institutionalization process of IPOB.

The meeting, which lasted for several hours, from approximately 7:00 p.m. until about 2:00 a.m. brought together key leaders and principal coordinators from across Biafraland. Present at the meeting were the IPOB Head Of Directorate, Deputy Head Of Directorate, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Eastern Security Network (ESN), all Biafraland Narional Executives, All Biafra State coordinators, and other principal officers of the institution.

The following states were represented:

- Abia

- Anambra

- Akwa Ibom

- Benue

- Bayelsa

- Cross River

- Delta

- Enugu

- Ebonyi

- Imo

- Kogi

- Edo

- Rivers (Igweocha)

In the course of the meeting, comprehensive intelligence reports were exchanged among those occupying leadership positions. Participants shared updates on developments across their respective states, security concerns, organizational progress, and grassroots activities.

One of the strongest testimonies that emerged from the meeting was the resilience and unity of comrades across Biafraland. Coordinators and all participating executives expressed satisfaction that committed members have matured politically and organizationally, becoming capable of distinguishing misinformation from verifiable facts.

Reports presented during the meeting confirmed that the overwhelming majority of leadership structures across the represented states remain united and fully committed to the institutional leadership of the Directorate Of State(DOS). Enugu State, despite attempted infiltration that affected some comrades, recorded one of the highest representations at the meeting, demonstrating renewed commitment and organizational strength.

According to a representative who spoke from Enugu, "We know the source from whence the attempted disorganisation of Enugu was engineered, but we will prove to them, under this Mazi Chika Edoziem headed IPOB leadership, that IPOB remains in destructible".

The leadership also presented a detailed explanation of the newly activated phase of IPOB's institutionalization. The vision, structure, objectives, and implementation strategies were comprehensively explained to all attendees.

Participants expressed strong enthusiasm regarding this new direction. Many described the institutional framework as a significantly unique and the Biafran people oriented turning point in the Biafra restoration project, regretting that the past decade was simply a waste, and avoidable losses of Biafran lives and properties.

All participants joyously welcomed what they now consider a more structured, sustainable, and institutionalization approach toward achieving the IPOB long-term objectives.

Security matters occupied a major portion of the deliberations. The General Officer Commanding of the Eastern Security Network(ESN) provided operational briefings and reported that all commanders and principal field officers directly under his coordination remain fully intact and operational within the DOS' command structure.

According the GOC, the commanders were availed the privilege to conduct their own independent assessments concerning various allegations, acts of misconduct, and issues of disloyalty that have recently circulated. Based on their findings, they reaffirmed their confidence in the institutional leadership of Mazi Chika Edoziem's headed Directorate Of State and their commitment to maintaining discipline, institutional integrity, and the established chain of command.

The meeting concluded with renewed confidence among participants, a reaffirmation of unity across the represented states, strengthened coordination between the leadership and field structures, and a collective commitment to advancing the next phase of IPOB's institutionalization with greater discipline, strategic planning, and organizational cohesion.  Other sensitive information was kept private for security reasons.
